Massage Therapy
Touch Matters Bodywork believes in the power of massage as a form of therapy. Massage brings us back into our bodies when the stressors of life lead us away from ourselves. Massage sessions can be what the individual needs at that moment, whether it be simply a calming silence or a space to reconnect internally. The beauty of a massage is that there can be many things. We are excited to offer a space of healing, transformation, connection, and wellbeing.

Touch With Intention
Touch matters, your experience matters. Touch matters invites you to self-connection, to mystery, to listening with your body. Touch Matters wants to work with you in your journey.

Services
Swedish Massage
Massage oil or cream used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Chair Massage
As workplace staff appreciation or attention with well being, chair massage is an opportunity to lend value and relation in the day to day work. Discount may be available for booking 2 or more hours of chair massage time.
Poetry Session
Poetry sessions can be requested as an additional service with a massage or as a separate service entirely. This is a unique service offered as a means of connection with oneself through poetry. The session can go in whatever direction needed by you, while gently guided through recited and written words.
